When The Fighting Stars Were Younger (3)

Following our series on famous wrestlers early years, I have today a short clip with Beatrice Goffin, the belgian fighter with accomplished wrestling skills rarely beaten - if ever, on the mats.

I am almost sure it is from a Festelle Video, because of venue settings and... the discrete presence of the also well known Jeff the Ref, a guy who used to be in every ring where two women were fighting at that time.

XXXTreme

Three very extreme fights with beautiful and spirited combatants, although with venues, attires and rules with no similarities. First segment is a legitimate MMA bout from Bodog, with Jullie Kedzie vs Jan Finney, a not less real fight from DWW BSA with Sveta vs Olga, and, the third, a street fight in a basement night club.

Grab And Smash

Other title for this post could be "Milk Festival": it is a parade of boobies grabbing, pressing and twisting and little wrestling. The segments are in increasing order of assets size: first, from a movie called "Barn Brawlin´Babies" (my choice amongst the three), producer unknown to me, Joan Wise and Tia Gunn vs X-Nasty from the subject matter experts, Napali Video.

Pro Is Pro

I thought you would like to have a status on the pro-wrestling scene around the world. The producers below have come from US (naturally), Germany and Japan. It is not a full list of links, of course. Some of the videos are marketed through the ClickWrestle sales portal. And there are producers in the list that cater also for male wrestling.

Theater Three: Slippery When Wet

After a long break, the fights on exotic substances are back. Curiously, YouTube censors are not overzealous the subject: my playlist has stayed there with just one or two victims in the last three months.

That would be impossible with this Bizarre Video with a fight on ??!! whatever, it is very dirty!

Look at what an accomplished artist like Russell Platt can do with just pen and ink. Unfortunately, fights are not a recurring theme in his works of art. We will have to wander what would be those voluptuous women entangled on the mat.

Wrestling Lounge is (was?) a demonstration room of holds. It does not matter (much) they were staged: the actresses were very good.

Bear hugs from DWW (the first and the last ones), Sabre Studios and one from an unknown source. Unfortunately, none of the holds are 100% convincing: they look like a friendly hug between two close acquaintances or... lovers.

In The Raw For Real (15): Tigra Genesis

It is the second time that Tigra Genesis appears in this series. It is a pity they have produced just half a dozen videos of nude competitive fights. This one features our ethernal blonde Candi (a post on her career will be published soon...) against the also famous Francesca. A colorful and flesh duel, for sure.

Theater Two: Vintage In Black & White

Good vintage fights have to be in black and white: that is the way they are on Theater Two in next four weeks. The first frame of the first clip - on the Theater main window - is a symbol of pro-wrestling in black and white movies; the complete hold is in the middle of the clip (at 00:30s approximately), though.

The Light Side Of A Battle Royal

There are many videos on battle royals, that messy event where half a dozen fighters rely on their personal skills to survive an "one-against-everyone-else" contest. This Japanese production from Manticore follows the script, but the girls on lingerie seem to having a lot of fun. Specially in taking the bras and pants off the foes.

I have done several posts about legendary wrestlers - a kind of private Hall of Fame. Afterwards, I have found excerpts of their early life in the business and I have decided to use them in a group of posts.

The series will start with not two but three legends in the same fight: Christine Dupree, Kristie Etzold and Robin. The first two are fighting each other but the third is the referee. The movie is from California Supreme, that pioneering enterprise from Ron Dvorkin, and the catalog reference is CS154.

Unusual

Three fights, three holds, three out of ordinary positions: first segment is from Lusa Entertainment, second from Japan with my favorite slim girls and third from WWE RAW.

Mud On TV

The mud catfight in this German TV show is above average due to not only the beauty of the contestants but also to the blondes fighting skills.

Point Of View

These clips show my preferred point of view on female combats, that is, the angle that shows the body parts displayed in matchbooks, grapevines and schoolgirl pins. The first segment has my all-time favorite Treena (a.k.a Lynn-Marie), , Klaudia vs Lolita for APL, and Zsuzsa vs Ludmilla for DWW.

Theater One: Boston Crabs

Some crabs for you on Theater One. Please, pay attention to the first one on display, applied by one of those gorgeous and fragile Japanese wrestlers. Below we have three more, the first one again from Japan (and also pretty good), second from Steel Kittens and the third one from an unknown catfight.

Mad Women

Two advertising clips for TV using nice done women brawls from quite distinct sources: the first, for a jeans brand, came from Netherlands, and the second, for a sportive bike, from India. I have told you, it is worldwide.

Memories Recovered

I wander if these early 20th century postcards were either found under a deep pile of stuff in some vault or bought from an antiques dealer in the river Sena margins (les bouquinistes). Or at E-Bay! Anyway, thanks to a fellow reader, these six valuable reminiscences might be seen here.

It Is Not Really Wrestling, But(t)...

There is a whole a branch of fetishism dedicated to subject and female fights give a good excuse to make it. They are the face sittings, a natural (?!) extension of a schoolgirl pin. These two examples - from a Japanese producer and from Dragon Films, do not bother to waste much time simulating the hold and go to the objective right away.

Not For Real, Unfortunately

Bizarre Magazine is still active and from time to time they feature (not very frequently, tough) a catfight. The clip below is a behind the scenes view of a photo shooting published a long time ago. The famous Aria Giovanni is one of the stars.

Triple A

The fact they are wrestling it is secondary: I am focused on the wrestlers backs which are first class. I may include also the referee, Isis, in that same ranking and already subject of a post. The wrestlers are Dawn Marie and Dina Divine, since it is almost impossible to recognize somebody with that awful lighting used by WEW.

With several grades of color and competitivenes, we have three cases of two black fighting women: first from Woman´s World Video, Isis vs Lee in SLV615, then from APL232, Claudia vs Luana, and the best competition, a backyard fight from unknown source.

Theater Four: Women In Prison

Surprisingly, YouTube has a reasonable stock of women in prison fights, most of them from a single contributor, The Ronniex. To add some spice to the collection, there goes a more explicit fight from "Camp 119", a forgettable production.

Balance Sheet

After 765 posts (including this one), I have noticed that erotic, nude, competitive and catfight are the four most common tags used. If you enter these words in Google, it will direct you to this Blog in the 9th page of links. In Bing and Yahoo, The Female Fight Theater will appear in the 2nd page.

An Artistic Catfight

After my last Tuesday ramblings on the origins of female fighting popularity, Kirsten Johnson, a Canadian visual artist comments with property her paintings on catfights in the video below. Interesting to see an women point of view on that besides the artistic side. It seems that the market has also plenty of buyers for the genre, as many painters have realized along the centuries.

Nothing New Under The Sun

A comment on IMDB says it is "Rocky Horror Show on Stereoids"; watching the trailer, it seems an adequate comment. The Movie site says it has catfights with gorgeous girls (and they are really stunning!) but I guess I will have to be happy with a few seconds of women fighting that will be hard to find in hours of explosions and gore.

Anyway, let us wait until January for the official release. Thanks to the reader who made the hint.

The catfight is viewable but the music... do not bother to turn the speakers on. It is one of the video music clips that resort to the allure of female fights to get some audience.

Catalog Update

Much used in the pro-wrestling mats, the toe hold is pure torture: nobody has ever (actually) submitted to that but I bet it gives the victim a pain in the leg joints for a long time. The video has three segments: the first one from pro wrestling, a second from APL with much more flesh, and a third one from Double Trouble which has the more exquisite toe hold variation.

Involved Vehicles Were Found

I am publishing more on that mean wrestling move - the oil check, thanks to a fellow reader who has found on You Tube the original clip with the full amateur combat presented in bad quality in the first post. It is the second one in the video below; the first has also a full combat, the one between a Chinese and a Russian wrestler whose picture was depicted in that same posting. The "main event" occurs around the 2 min time frame.

Food For Thought

December is beginning, holidays are coming, the end of the year is close, time to think aloud... Why are we reading this Blog? I already made a brief comment on the fetish side of female fighting here, mentioning two books that analyze the subject. However, in these works, female fighting was just one of the many fetishes analyzed.

Recently, I have found a comprehensive book totally dedicated to the subject. By Werner Sonntag, "Kampfes Lust" ("Fighting Lust") has more than 600 pages, profusely illustrated with historical images. The work came to light in 2002 and has just one shortcoming: it is available only in German. Anyway, about 10% of the Blog readers are from Germany, which makes some 1,800 people.

The book looks for a psychological explanation of why men have erotic fantasies watching women fight: in a live show, looking at drawings, photos, paintings, movies, sculptures, blogs - an endless list. And some like the real action, entering the mat with either a pro or amateur to fulfill their desires.

I do not have the book, which I would not be able to read anyway, but there is a good short interview with the author, in English, in the Female Single Combat Club site. There is a remark there that grabbed my attention: "The reaction of a man to watching female combats depends on his sexual biography and, first of all, on his childhood and youth".
